Outreach

Through its outreach activities, the ETH AI Center brings AI research beyond academia — connecting people, ideas, and institutions to shape an ethical and innovative AI future.

The ETH AI Center actively engages with society through a diverse range of outreach activities that make artificial intelligence accessible, transparent, and relevant to all. By fostering dialogue between researchers, industry, policymakers, and the public, the Center promotes responsible innovation and broad participation in shaping the future of AI.

Our outreach efforts include:

  • Public Events & Festivals — The Center co-organizes flagship initiatives such as the Zurich AI Festival, the AI+X Summit, and AI House Davos, creating spaces where experts and the public meet to discuss opportunities and challenges of AI.
  • Educational Programs — Through AI Challenge for Teenagers, we inspire and empower the next generation of AI talent.
  • Exhibitions & Demonstrations — Interactive showcases and installations highlight how AI research translates into real-world impact across fields like health, environment, and robotics.

These initiatives reflect our commitment to building an open, inclusive, and human-centered AI ecosystem — one that connects scientific excellence with public engagement and long-term social responsibility.

Connect with us to collaborate on events, bring AI learning to your community, or explore how research can create positive real-world impact.
