ETH Zurich and Bosch Health Campus Join Forces for Future Healthcare Innovations with AI
A new strategic partnership aims to foster innovative AI-based solutions to expand medical knowledge and improve healthcare quality, efficiency, and accessibility.
external page Bosch Health Campus in Stuttgart (BHC) and ETH Zurich want to combine their expertise in a strategic partnership to develop innovative solutions for the healthcare of tomorrow and advance research in the field of AI-supported healthcare. The possibilities of artificial intelligence are to be used to expand medical knowledge and improve healthcare.
The first step towards a long-term collaboration is the establishment of a “BHC Fellowship Program” at the ETH AI Center. This is intended to promote young research talent at ETH Zurich, facilitate an active exchange between the two partners and pave the way for new synergies and an expanded partnership.
Funding will be provided for talented young scientists at ETH Zurich who develop and advance AI-based and patient-centered solutions to improve the quality, efficiency and accessibility of healthcare. With BHC establishing a similar fellowship program focused on applied AI in digital health at their campus, this partnership will foster meaningful interactions between the fellows and faculty involved in applied AI research across both institutions. Funded young scientists at ETH Zurich and BHC as well as other experts from both institutions can engage with one another to explore the foundations for future cooperation opportunities.
Through this partnership both institutions come together to leverage their respective strengths on implementing AI to advance concepts and solutions for an improved, reliable and more efficient digital healthcare
