I try to understand cancer using probabilistic deep generative models and techniques from topological data analysis and computational geometry.
I work in the Computational Biology Group of Professor Niko Beerenwinkel and the Computational Genetics of Cancer Group of Professor Valentina Boeva.

I am an ETH AI Center Doctoral Fellow developing deep generative models for life sciences. Prior to that, I graduated from University of Oxford as a Master of Mathematical and Theoretical Physics and used to be an AI Resident at Microsoft Research Cambridge.
